Fare Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Trip Cancellation by Passenger

Passengers may cancel an assigned ride free of charge within 3 minutes of driver acceptance. Cancellations initiated after the 3-minute grace period or after the driver has arrived at the pickup location may incur a nominal cancellation fee (₹15 for Bike Taxi, ₹25 for Auto, ₹40 for Cab) to compensate the driver for fuel and travel time.

2. Cancellation by Driver

If a driver cancels an accepted ride, the rider is never charged any penalty, and the dispatch system automatically initiates immediate re-matching with the next nearest available partner.

3. Fare Disputes & Refunds

If you experience an incorrect route detour, double deduction, or payment failure, raise a dispute within 48 hours via the app Help Center or email us at [email protected]. Legitimate refunds are credited back to your in-app wallet instantly or refunded to original payment sources within 3 to 5 business days.
