Terms of Service & Passenger Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Trip Yaargo Passenger or Driver Partner applications, or visiting our web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using our platform immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Trip Yaargo operates as a technology-enabled aggregator platform connecting registered passengers with independent, verified driver partners operating Bike Taxis, Auto Rickshaws, and Cabs across authorized service zones.

3. Account Registration & OTP Verification

Users must register with an authentic mobile number. Ride booking and commencement requires verifying a 4-digit numeric One-Time Password (OTP) physically shared with the driver only after boarding. Never share your OTP over phone calls or prior to meeting your driver.

4. Fares, Payments & Zero Surge Promise

Fares are calculated based on transparent metered distance and duration slabs established in our Fare Management engine. All fares displayed prior to booking are transparent estimates with zero artificial surge price spikes. Payments can be settled via Cash, UPI, or Linked In-App Wallet balance.

5. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Trip Yaargo enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of abusive language, physical misconduct, drug/alcohol intoxication, or property damage. Violations will result in permanent account deactivation and referral to local law enforcement authorities.
